Allen Merrill - President and managing partner of Biliske & Merrill Real Estate Marketers, LLC.  He is a long time resident of the Grand Forks area and has farmed in the region for over 30 years. Allen's expertise is in analyzing, evaluating, and marketing agricultural land.His knowledge of drainage, soil types and farming practices, coupled with his practical approach, gives our clients a distinctive advantage. Allen is licensed in real estate sales in North Dakota and Minnesota and is also a licensed auctioneer.

Dennis Biliske - Vice President and active partner. Dennis grew up on a Red River Valley farm and is a long time Grand Forks resident. He is a licensed real estate agent and owned one of the upper Midwest's largest auction companies for over 20 years, conducting over a thousand auctions throughout North America. Dennis was also lead auctioneer for a Philippine auction company, working in Asia for 8 years. Dennis's reputation and expertise is in mass marketing, promotion and execution of live & online sales alike. His regional and international experiences and alliances give our firm a wide base of knowledge from which to draw.

Alan McDonagh - Alan is a resident of Grand Forks and is a practicing attorney with the firm Carter & McDonagh PLLP, which specializes in Real Estate Law.  He has been practicing law for over 12 years and is licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota. Alan does real estate law for the Industrial Commission of North Dakota. The addition of Alan's legal background ensures a seamless transaction for buyers and sellers alike, as all documents can be prepared in house.

Walt Bruns - Walt is the broker of Biliske & Merrill Real Estate Marketers, LLC. Walt is licensed in Minnesota and North Dakota and has over 30 years experience in the real estate and banking industries. Walt's experience as a real estate broker and bank president lend a financial element to our diverse group of partners. He also teaches licensing and continuing education classes for real estate agents and brokers in Minnesota.
